great experience but needs minor improvements
I had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning rooftop terrace and the unique family history that adds character to this place. The room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, which made my stay comfortable.
However, the shower pressure seemed a bit low during my stay.

Highly recommend for family trips
The hotel staff were helpful! Like when they carried my luggage to the room and took the time to share the rich history of the place. The breakfast was a real highlight, fresh baked goods that reminded me of home, made the mornings worth looking forward to.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still fair for the quality.

Charming Stay with a Personal Touch
The cozy atmosphere made us feel like family. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with local tips and even storing our luggage after check-out. Breakfast in the sunny courtyard was a lovely way to start each day. Don’t miss the fresh bakery items!

Had an amazing time with friends at this place! We checked out Jahorina and the nearby lakes, both of which were stunning. The staff was super friendly, and our room was cozy. Highly recommend this spot for group trips—great vibe and location for exploring.
One minor issue was the WiFi. it was sometimes spotty and dropped a few times during our stay.

Dining at Aziza is a real treat! The breakfast spread is a feast with all sorts of traditional goodies that keep you fueled for the day. Plus, the charming café nearby, Café Kamarilla, is perfect for enjoying some local brews. Truly a taste of Sarajevo! We also loved our spacious Junior Suite with a lovely balcony where we could soak in views of the hills.
Check-out was a bit of a sour note. They called at 11:02 to remind us of check-out. I asked for just one more hour to finish up work and was met with a lack of sincerity, as they asked for €20 just to stay an extra hour. Not cool when you can see plenty of rooms still needing cleaning by noon!
